Mayor invites all to Cambridge’s July 4th fireworks program Print E-mail
Wednesday, 01 July 2009
The July 4th fireworks display will once again be held on Saturday, July 4 at the Isanti County Fairgrounds.

A short program and welcoming comments will be led by Cambridge Mayor Marlys Palmer prior to the fireworks. The fireworks program and display will begin at dusk (approximately 10 p.m.).

The Isanti County Fairgrounds are located east of Cambridge on Highway 95. If you need additional information, contact city hall at 763- 689-3211.

The fireworks display would not be possible without the support of local clubs and service organizations, as well as city residents and local and non-local businesses. Bring the kids of all ages!

The Cambridge Fire Department will be at the fairgrounds with its equipment, and there will be a thunderous presentation of the American Flag by the American Legion Riders.

Many people and organizations are involved in the success of this event. The city would like to thank all of them in advance for participating in the planning process and/or donating equipment or financial support to the event. We’ll see you on Independence Day!
