Inactivity and immobility can lead to health issues, such as depression, functional decline, arthritis and stroke, to list just a few. To maintain good health, it is important to keep your mobility and freedom.  

Because mobility issues are one of the biggest concerns that seniors deal with, Allina Home Oxygen and Medical Equipment is offering free hands-on education on power mobility and lift chairs Friday, June 26, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at their location at 2560 S. Main St., Cambridge.  

A mobility expert will be onsite to consult with you on your mobility needs and questions. There will be new items which are not normally available in our showroom, for you to test drive and try out.  Light refreshments will be served.
