Three alleged to have aided, abetted manufacture of methamphetaminesPosted Online: 8/14/02 Three people were charged last week in connection with two separate cases of aiding and abetting the manufacture of methamphetamines. A search warrant executed at the Sabrina Michalek residence at 314 West Central Drive in Braham Aug. 4 yielded what authorities believe to be a methamphetamine lab in the garage. Michalek was also found to have methamphetamines on her person. She appeared before Judge P. Hunter Anderson Aug. 7 where she was formally charged with aiding and abetting a fist degree felony controlled substance crime( manufacturing); felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree (possession of methamphetamines); and felony possession of anhydrous ammonia in an unapproved container. Bail was set at $25,000 cash or surety without conditions or $10,000 with the conditions that she submit to random urinalysis, not possess or use controlled substances and be law abiding and of good behavior. Her next court appearance was set for Aug. 14. An adult female who was at the residence at the time the search warrant was executed was arrested and then released without charges. Wesley Frank Erbstoesser, 25, of Braham, Shane John Rockneberg of Dalbo, were arrested after items were found in the car they were using that the state alleges were intended for the manufacturing of methamphetamines. Both men appeared in court Aug. 6 before Judge P. Hunter Anderson. Rockneberg was charged with aiding and abetting attempted felony controlled substance crime in the first degree: manufacturing (meth); and felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree (possession of meth). Bail was set at $70,000 without conditions or $25,000 with the conditions that he submit to random urinalysis and not possess or use mood-altering substances. Erbstoesser appeared before Judge Anderson Aug. 6 where he was formerly charged with aiding and abetting attempted controlled substance crime in the first degree: manufacturing (meth). Bail was set at $50,000 cash or surety without conditions and $15,000 with the conditions that he submit to random urinalysis and not use or possess mood-altering substances. The charge of aiding and abetting meth manufacturing carries a presumptive sentence of 43 months in prison. ©Isanti County News |
